As Project Manager of ODARC, LLC Mr. Franco contributes a wide range of experience in the areas of Architectural and Construction Services to include; Commercial Interior, Retail, Community & Education, and Construction Management. Prior to joining ODARC, Mr. Franco held titles such as Junior Project Architect, Project Coordinator, Construction Project Manager for firms of Berna-Corp, WHR Architects, Kirksey Architects, AMH Architects, Reh Burwell Architect, and SBWV Architects.
